Position Summary: |
The Director of Graduate Enrollment Management provides strategic and operational leadership for the graduate enrollment enterprise. This Director is responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive enrollment strategy that encompasses prospective student advising, admissions, enrollment communications, application processing, and inquiry-to-enrollment conversion. The unit works seamlessly with the Executive Director of Recruitment and Partnerships to develop and yield a pipeline of highly qualified students for programs across the school’s portfolio of graduate and professional programs. The Director leads a dedicated team defined by high standards, a commitment to student success, and a culture of collaboration. This is a highly visible role that services multiple campuses and disciplines, engaging with academic leaders, faculty, and staff throughout the enrollment cycle. This is an on-site position. Periodic evening and weekend availability is expected during key points in the admissions cycle as well as some travel required to support team recruitment activities and campus engagement. |
