Position Title: Clinical Counselor

Location: Illinois Youth Center - Chicago

Full-Time | Salary: $55K–$58K (based on experience & qualifications)

Position Overview:

Youth Outreach Services is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Clinical Counselor to support youth and families facing mental and behavioral health challenges. This is an amazing opportunity to make a real impact while working in a flexible and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll provide individual, group, and family counseling using various intervention models. You'll create and monitor treatment plans, and when needed, conduct home or school visits to ensure clients receive consistent support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Preferred licensure: LPC, LSW, AMFT, or CADC
  • Experience working with adolescents in a counseling setting
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (insurance required)
