  • Support system upgrades, patches, releases and configuration changes.

  • Escalate security risks, recurring incidents and access exceptions when required.

Documentation and User Support

  • Maintain SOPs, system guides, service maps, configuration records, knowledge articles and change logs.

  • Prepare user guides, FAQs and short training materials for core systems and new applications.

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system reliability, efficiency and user experience.

  • Provide clear and patient guidance to technical and non-technical users.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in systems administration, IT operations, infrastructure support or cloud platform administration.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, endpoint tools, permissions, licensing and user lifecycle management.

  • Experience working with managed service providers, application vendors and external technical teams.
