RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Delivery QA representative for 3rd party certifications ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO ISMS ISO27001:2013
- Ensure the effective implementation, adherence, and continual application of Quality Management System (QMS) principles, standards, and procedures across the Project Delivery organization
- Provide quality assurance support and guidance to project teams on all project quality-related matters, including the development and review of Project Quality Plans, and participate in critical internal and external meetings pertaining to quality management and compliance.
- Oversee and Monitor QA Projects Milestone Checks
- Lead the preparation and readiness of Customer Audit for Project Team.
- Manage customers’ complaint by coordinating with internal and external parties and submission of QA corrective action report to customers.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution by capturing and implementing lessons learned, preventing the recurrence of issues, and enhancing overall project performance.
- Facilitate and Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey for projects.
- Support Corporate QA for Company Internal Audit, Regional office Audit and Vendor Audit
- Project Delivery Crisis management Representative and prepare Crisis Management Report to Crisis Management Team for Site Accident
- Support on Operation, Risk Assessment Survey and Quality Input for Sale Proposal
- Reporting of Project Milestone Completion and QA Activities to Corporate and Project Delivery Management
- Lead the promotion and adoption of Quality System for regional office and custodian for Project Delivery QA SharePoint portal, maintain and update the Project Delivery Risk Register
- Provide QMS & ISO 9001, Project QA support and training for regional office
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Quality Assurance role, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Process Automation industry
Relevant experience in ICSS system, such as DCS, FGS, etc.
Strong Knowledge and understanding of ISO Standards and Quality Management System
Demonstrated experience in conducting and supporting ISO audits, including internal, external, customer, and/or supplier audits
Good knowledge of project quality processes, including quality planning, inspection and testing, FAT, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, project teams, engineering teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders
