HR EXECUTIVE FEMALE RETAIL

Key Responsibilities

·         Human Resource Management:

·         Manage recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end.

·         Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

·         Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.

·         Coordinate employee engagement and grievance redressal.

·         Assist in performance evaluations and incentive calculations.

·         Maintain accurate and updated employee records.

·         Administrative Responsibilities:

·         Oversee general office administration and housekeeping.

·         Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and reimbursements for field staff.

·         Verify vouchers and ensure timely clearance every Friday for weekly submissions.

·         Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor relations.

·         Support management in facility upkeep and logistics coordination.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

·         Female candidate with above 2 years of experience in HR and Administration.

·         Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.

·         Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

·         Languages must know are Hindi , English and Bengali.

·         Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS tools.

·         Experience in retail or multi-location workforce preferred.

·         Self-driven and organized with the ability to multitask.
