YMCA at Green Hills is Now Hiring for Youth/Teen Center Staff

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Build meaningful relationships with teens while supervising and ensuring the center runs smoothly.
• Lead activities based on teen interests, encouraging positive engagement and participation.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and Coordinator to plan exciting events.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that reflects the YMCA’s core values.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Conflict resolution skills and the ability to model professionalism.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Required Certifications:

• New Hire Orientation before your first shift.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days.
