The Margaret Maddox YMCA is Now Hiring for Member Services Associate

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Though we offer flexible shifts across all locations. The following locations are seeking specific availability:

- Sumner County: Hiring for closing (4:30p – 9pm) and weekend shifts

- Northwest: Hiring for opening (4:45-9:00 AM) and weekend shifts

- Franklin: Hiring for opening shifts (4:45-9:00 AM)

Join our Membership Team and help create a welcoming, friendly experience for every person who walks through our doors! As a Member Services Associate, you'll be the first face members see and play an important role in helping people connect with the YMCA and all we have to offer.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome members and guests with outstanding customer service
• Lead tours and share information about YMCA memberships, programs, and services
• Assist with program registration and membership transactions
• Build meaningful relationships that help members feel connected and engaged
• Answer questions, address concerns, and support a positive member experience
• Support membership growth and retention efforts through outreach and engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Age: 16
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about serving others
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
