The Bellevue YMCA is Now Hiring for Member Services Associate, Evenings & Weekends

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Though we offer flexible shifts across all locations. The following locations are seeking specific availability:

- Sumner County: Hiring for closing (4:30p – 9pm) and weekend shifts

- Northwest: Hiring for opening (4:45-9:00 AM) and weekend shifts

- Franklin: Hiring for opening shifts (4:45-9:00 AM)

Join our Membership Team and help create a welcoming, friendly experience for every person who walks through our doors! As a Member Services Associate, Evenings & Weekends, you'll be the first face members see and play an important role in helping people connect with the YMCA and all we have to offer.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome members and guests with outstanding customer service
• Lead tours and share information about YMCA memberships, programs, and services
• Assist with program registration and membership transactions
• Build meaningful relationships that help members feel connected and engaged
• Answer questions, address concerns, and support a positive member experience
• Support membership growth and retention efforts through outreach and engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Age: 16
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about serving others
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
