The Brentwood YMCA is Now Hiring for Full Circle Associate

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for a compassionate and energetic Full Circle Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a collaborative and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them grow in spirit, mind, and body.

What You'll Do:

• Lead fun and engaging activities while ensuring a safe environment
• Build positive relationships with participants, families, and YMCA staff
• Be an enthusiastic leader and role model for our participants
• Provide necessary care and assistance to participants
• Support and promote YMCA programs and initiatives

What You Bring:

• Minimum Age: 18
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience: Working with children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
• A passion for working with individuals of all abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and a heart for service
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Certifications Needed:

• Before your first shift: New Hire Orientation
• Within 30 days: CPR Pro/AED/First Aid
• Within two weeks: Relias Training
