About the Unit
Asegurar las operaciones del almacén mediante la corrrecta documentacion, recepción, almacenamiento, organización y salida de insumos, refacciones, repuestos, inventariables y no inventariables
- Entregar insumos y refacciones al personal operativo conforme a requerimientos autorizados.
- Entregar insumos y refacciones al personal operativo conforme a requerimientos autorizados.
- Genera el alta de nuevos materiales en el Maestro de Materiales
- Gestión de reservas y consumos en sistema de manera oportuna.
- Recepción de proveedores e inspección y registro de materiales en sistema asegurando cumplimiento de especificaciones
Responsibilities
Inspección de descarga de productos químicos siguiendo lineamientos HESQ.
- Recepción, conteo y acomodo de Yaravitas en almacén correspondiente.
- Revisión de Órdenes de Compra de bienes (OCs 45) recibidas (ingresos, pendientes y desviaciones).
- Gestión de inventario a través del MRP para crear SOLPED’s y garantizar abasto de refacciones e insumos.
- Realiza conteos cíclicos de almacén de refacciones
Profile
Profesional en Ingeniería a fines.
Experiencia en áreas administrativas, Producción, Operaciones e inventarios.
Operaciones de sitio de cadena de suministro (YPS).
- Orientación a mejoras de procesos.
- Conteo cíclico de inventario
- Analítico y orientado a resultados: Identificar e impulsar mejoras estructurales.
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Experiencia en áreas administrativas, Producción y Operaciones.
