Job Description
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and control systems at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and on-site assistance to customers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and deliver after-sales service support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery.
- Work closely with the Spare Parts Coordinator to identify required parts and ensure timely availability.
- Prepare service proposals and quotations in response to customer requests.
- Generate accurate service reports by documenting, analyzing, and summarizing repair activities.
- Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and best practices at all times.
- Support knowledge sharing through training and mentoring of team members when required.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
- 3–5 years of relevant field service experience, including troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
- Experience with CNC control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens) is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.
- Strong customer service mindset with effective communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
