As a Project Delivery Specialist, you’ll coordinate the delivery of product and solution projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Working across engineering, projects and contracts, you’ll manage project handover, purchasing, delivery, installation, testing and completion to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across Australia and New Zealand, from internal handover through to completion
  • Coordinate equipment procurement and oversee delivery, installation, testing and commissioning activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget, with risks effectively managed
  • Build strong relationships across engineering, supply chain, finance, commercial, applications and EHS teams to support successful delivery
  • Manage customer communications, lead project meetings and resolve project issues or disputes in a timely, professional manner
  • Drive continuous improvement within the Project Delivery team and provide accurate monthly financial reporting

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience delivering projects in an engineering or technical environment
  • Strong project delivery, planning and time management skills, with a practical approach to problem solving
  • Sound contract administration capability, including commercial terms and conditions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with customer-facing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, supported by formal technical or related qualifications highly regarded
  • Knowledge of the water treatment market - highly regarded
