Salesforce Developer – Experience Cloud (Loyalty Platform)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to support the design and development of Loyalty Experience Cloud pages. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, particularly in building scalable and user-friendly solutions using Lightning Web Components and Apex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Experience Cloud (Community/Portal) pages for loyalty programs.
- Build and customize user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop backend logic and integrations using Apex.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of Experience Cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.
- Follow best practices in Salesforce development, security, and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Solid experience with Apex programming.
- Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration concepts.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building or supporting loyalty/rewards platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
