About this role

Working with children is real, meaningful work, the kind that stays with you. Most people who become great RBTs didn't start out knowing exactly what they were doing. They started out caring. We can teach the rest.

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built our RBT experience around what we know matters most: daily support, real clinical structure, and a team that is genuinely invested in growing together.

What Your Days Will Look Like

Your day starts with your client arriving at the clinic, a kid you know, whose goals you understand, whose small wins you have been tracking. You will spend your sessions working one-on-one, implementing the treatment plan your BCBA has designed, building skills and reinforcing progress in the moment. This isn't passive work. You are moving, engaging, adapting, and paying close attention throughout every session.

What makes Woven Care different is who is alongside you when things get hard. Your BCBA is not a name on a form or a weekly check-in, they are available every single day. When a session takes an unexpected turn, when you are not sure how to handle a behavior, when you want to talk through what you just saw, your BCBA is there. You will also be working in the same building as OT, PT, and ST, which means you are part of a multidisciplinary team thinking about the whole child together.

Our clinics are open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm, and those 30 guaranteed hours per week will fall within those hours of operation. Your baseline hours do not fluctuate based on things outside your control.

What You'll Get at Woven Care

Clinical support you can count on

Support is built into how we operate. You will get real-time guidance, regular check-ins focused on your growth, and a clinical team that is invested in helping you develop, not just keeping sessions running.

Guaranteed hours

30 hours per week, every week, regardless of client cancellations. In a field where income instability is common, we made a different choice.

A career path that is real

We are not looking for someone to fill a chair. From day one you can see what is ahead, Lead RBT, Mentor RBT, QASP-S, and BCBA if that is where you want to go.

Tuition assistance

Up to $9,000 toward your BCBA, a master's degree, or a related healthcare career, OT, PT, SLP, or healthcare administration. Whatever direction you want to grow, we will support you getting there.

Compensation

$20–$24/hour based on experience and certification, with a $500 sign-on bonus for all RBT hires

Benefits

Medical, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) with company match after one year. PTO that grows with your tenure plus six paid holidays.

What You'll Need

  • Active RBT certification, or completed 40-hour training with your exam scheduled
  • You can also join as a BT and earn your RBT certification with our full support
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation, Monday through Friday

This role is physically active, you will be on the floor, moving, kneeling, squatting, and staying responsive through full sessions, with the ability to lift and assist clients or equipment up to 50 lbs. It is demanding work, and the breakthroughs make it worth every bit of it.

At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!
