KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive field office administrative support, including document control, timekeeping, and coordination of project activities.

  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure consistent communication and smooth project operations.

  • Maintain and oversee complex project documentation and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

  • Support project leadership by coordinating logistics, schedules, and resources in alignment with project objectives.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve administrative or system-related challenges within the field office environment, ensuring continuous operational efficiency.

  • Mentor and guide junior field office personnel, fostering knowledge-sharing and alignment with Worley’s best practices.

  • Apply sound judgment in making independent decisions to support project operations, referring to leadership only for broader strategic guidance.

  • Contribute to a safe and collaborative workplace, actively supporting Worley’s focus on sustainability, innovation, and customer value.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSET

  • Secondary education or equivalent with extensive field administrative experience in energy, chemicals, or resources projects.

  • Proven experience in complex administrative coordination, document management, and field office operations on large projects.

  • Advanced knowledge of project systems, processes, and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide guidance to others.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic field environments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking in a fast-paced project setting.

  • Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced team members in daily tasks and best practices.
