As HSE Engineer you are responsible to the GM for the overall safety performance of the project, including the performance of contractors and sub-contractors on the project.
To succeed in this role, you should have 10 years of experience as safety engineer.

What you’ll do
We are looking for HSE Engineer to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
1. Responsible to the General Manager for the overall safety performance of the project, including the performance of contractors and sub-contractors on the project.
2. Develop risk assessments report and designing safety operating practices for FEED documents, provide technical identify of HAZOP / HAZID and assess of the risk.
3. Ensure that overall safety engineering meet the Company requirements, applicable regulations and good engineering practices in terms of design, reliability, maintainability, and operability.
4. Have accountability for safety engineering discipline for the project which includes assurance that the engineering deliverables are compliant with contract requirements and technical sign-off of changes.
5. Provide HAZOP report and conduct counterpart discipline weekly meetings and report highlight to its management with proposed mitigation measures.
6. Experience in construction safety management and construction supervision safety management
Compliance:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting continuous environmental performance improvement.
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with ISO 45001, identifying hazards, assessing risks, and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001, ensuring compliance with anti-bribery policies, due diligence, and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
- Employees are expected to comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continual improvement. This ensures alignment with the organization's commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
