We are seeking an OT Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Consulting Digital team for a 6 month contract (with the potential to extend to 12 months), supporting major industrial, mining, energy and infrastructure projects across APAC and EMEA.

This role focuses on cybersecurity governance, compliance and operational readiness for Operational Technology (OT) systems, helping ensure cybersecurity requirements are met before systems are commissioned, handed over to operations, or connected to broader enterprise networks.

You will work closely with project teams, vendors and customers to verify cybersecurity requirements, assess compliance, support commissioning activities and contribute to the safe and secure delivery of industrial control systems across a diverse portfolio of projects.

What You'll Do

  • Support OT cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance activities across a range of projects.
  • Review cybersecurity documentation, evidence packs and vendor submissions against defined cybersecurity requirements and standards.
  • Complete cybersecurity readiness assessments and support operational acceptance activities.
  • Identify compliance gaps, track actions and assist vendors, contractors and project teams with issue resolution.
  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning activities and operational readiness reviews.
  • Prepare compliance reports, cybersecurity assessment summaries and system acceptance documentation.
  • Collaborate with OT, IT, engineering, operations and cybersecurity stakeholders to support secure and compliant project delivery.
  • Undertake on-site technical verification activities and provide structured compliance reporting.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance, assurance or risk management.
  • An understanding of OT, SCADA, PLC, DCS or industrial control system environments.
  • Experience reviewing documentation, evidence and technical deliverables against defined requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent activities.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Advantageous Experience

  • Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST or ISO 27001.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity commissioning, operational readiness or system acceptance activities.
  • Experience working within mining, energy, utilities, oil and gas, or other industrial sectors.
  • Industry certifications such as GICSP, Security+, CISA, CRISC, CISM or CISSP.
