¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Liderar la estrategia de Talento Exponencial (ExO): innovación, agilidad, toma de decisiones basada en datos y experimentación rápida.
  • Diseñar experiencias para los colaboradores que fortalezcan el compromiso, el bienestar y el desarrollo continuo.
  • Impulsar la transformación cultural, la autonomía y formas de trabajo colaborativas.
  • Implementar prácticas modernas de Gestión del Talento, incluyendo desempeño, desarrollo de liderazgo y planes de sucesión.
  • Guiar a los equipos mediante un liderazgo centrado en Cristo, humano y empático.
  • Promover entornos seguros e inclusivos, enfocados en el cuidado integral del personal.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Graduado en Ciencias Económicas, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Psicología, o carreras afines.
  • Maestría en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ciencias Sociales, Gestión del Talento o Desarrollo Organizacional (Deseable)
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia liderando áreas de RR. HH. en entornos ágiles, digitales o de ritmo acelerado.
  • Sólida experiencia en cultura organizacional, gestión del cambio y desarrollo de talento.
  • Mentalidad innovadora, visión estratégica y alta capacidad de ejecución.
  • Habilidad para influir, inspirar y construir relaciones colaborativas.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés (hablado y escrito)
  • Pasión para servir, aprender y crear impacto significativo en la vida de las personas.
