Requisitos principales:
- Formación universitaria o técnica en Ciencias Sociales, Pedagogía, Agronomía o carreras afines.
- Dos años de experiencia en gestión y movilización de voluntariado comunitario.
- Experiencia en desarrollo local y proyectos comunitarios.
- Manejo de metodologías participativas con niñez, adolescencia y juventud.
- Disponibilidad para residir en la zona de influencia.
- Indispensable saber conducir motocicleta.
- Licencia de conducir vigente.
