En World Vision Honduras buscamos un(a) Coordinador(a) de Proyecto para liderar la implementación del proyecto Strong Women Strong World Beyond Access, asegurando el cumplimiento de resultados técnicos, programáticos y financieros, mediante una gestión efectiva de alianzas, equipos y recursos
Propósito del Puesto
Perfil requerido
- Profesional universitario en Ciencias Sociales, Ciencias Económicas, Administración, Desarrollo o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años liderando proyectos y equipos de trabajo, especialmente en temas de empoderamiento económico de la mujer, igualdad de género, inclusión social, medios de vida o desarrollo comunitario.
- Conocimiento sólido en Igualdad de Género e Inclusión Social (GESI) y defensa de los derechos de mujeres y niñas.
- Experiencia en planificación, monitoreo, gestión presupuestaria, análisis de datos y elaboración de informes técnicos.
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas y licencia para conducir vehículo 4x4.
- Se valorará experiencia en administración de subvenciones y certificaciones en gestión de proyectos
