Coordinador de Proyecto Iglesias que Transforman
Es responsable de coordinar e implementar los procesos programáticos, operativos y administrativos para contribuir a la nutrición espiritual de niños, adolescentes, jóvenes y sus familias, desarrollando y ejecutando una estrategia de relacionamiento con las iglesias y organizaciones basadas en la fe para movilizar voluntades, acciones y recursos.
Responsabilidades:
1. Establecer y mantener relaciones con líderes y miembros de iglesias de las comunidades de fe y sus feligresías para Formación espiritual y fomentar la Relaciones Eclesiásticas.
2. Entrenar, brindar asesoría y acompañar a las iglesias en tema de nutrición espiritual para la familia.
3. Contribuir al posicionamiento de World Vision como la organización más importante en el país en temas de protección y prevención de la violencia en contra la niñez, con iglesias y comunidades de fe.
4. Planificar las actividades del proyecto asegurando una buena gestión del tiempo y presupuesto.
5. Gestionar personal, documentar avances y elaborar informes que reflejen los logros y las lecciones aprendidas.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Administración, Teología, Gestión de Proyectos, Trabajo Social o afines.
- Experiencia en relacionamiento con iglesias y/o ocupar posiciones de liderazgo en ministerios infantiles, juveniles o familias.
- Experiencia implementando proyectos sociales.
- Experiencia como facilitador de grupos.
- Experiencia gestionando personal.
