Key Responsibilities:

- Atender llamadas telefónicas vinculadas a la operación, proporcionando información clara y apoyo inmediato a asesores y líderes de negocio.

- Administración y resguardo del fondo fijo, insumos, papelería y otros recursos de la sucursal, asegurando su uso eficiente y distribución mediante los formatos de control institucionales.
- Custodiar valores institucionales (recibos de cobranza, tokens, llaves, etc.), garantizando seguridad y trazabilidad.
- Coordinar con proveedores internos la ejecución de reparaciones, reposición de llaves, cambio de alarmas y demás requerimientos para mantener la operación de la sucursal en condiciones óptimas.
- Aplicar los procesos administrativos propios del puesto para dar respuestas oportunas y eficientes a solicitudes internas.
- Gestionar y organizar la documentación de empleados de nuevo ingreso, asegurando cumplimiento de los procesos administrativos y resguardo adecuado de los registros.
