WHO
we’re looking for:
We are
looking for an Operations Analyst (HR) to join our Operations Team. You should be someone who is passionate about their career, who wants to grow and develop and willing to wear multiple hats in our operations department.
Role
and Responsibilities:
- Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
- Onboarding of new employees.
- Prepare and maintain various reports for different departments and clients.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Follow-up activities for multiple workstreams including accounting, payroll, legal, recruiting and HR.
- Create and maintain vendor management processes and databases.
- Work closely with operational departments to identify and evaluate the quality of different data sources used for key result/metric calculations and performance analysis.
- Review reports to ensure they meet predefined policies and guidelines.
- Perform all other duties that ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
- Audit and validate operational data to ensure integrity across all systems and processes.
- Ad hoc project management for multiple workstreams; HR, payroll, accounting, recruiting, legal, etc.
- Works on operational tasks as assigned.
- Annual Reporting compliance (W-2; 1099; 1095-C, etc.)
Required Experience and Education:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Office environment experience.
- Proficiency using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Self-motivated
individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or
independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong
organization skills.
- Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision
and the exercise of discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills handling sensitive and confidential situations and documentation - ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly at all levels and with both internal and external clients.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and written skills.
- Friendly and polite telephone manner.
- A high level of attention to detail is required.
- Highly effective at establishing priorities, multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt.
- Proactive and takes initiative to drive activities to closure, with limited supervision.
- Works to deliver excellent products and services at the lowest cost to the company as possible.

performing the duties of this job, the contract employee is
occasionally required to stand, clean, crawl, kneel, sit,
sort, hold, squat, stoop, stand, twist the body, walk, use
hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or
controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders
and scaffolding, talk or hear, and lift up to 20 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include
ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the
eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display
terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged
periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing
high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and
moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs
work under time schedules and stress which are normally
periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,
intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project
management deadlines. May require working additional time
beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
