Our ideal Customer Care Associate should have previous experience in a call center or financial branch setting and a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate. To be a successful Customer Care Associate, we are looking for an ethical, hardworking, and goal-oriented team member with the ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills in difficult and sensitive situations. Our Customer Care Unit cannot wait to meet our new team member!
