Company Overview

Ondas is building a new kind of intelligence company, one designed for a world where speed, autonomy, and decision advantage matter more than ever. By combining multi-domain platforms, advanced sensing, secure networks, and AI-enabled analytics, Ondas helps defense, government, and critical infrastructure customers transform complex mission data into decision-ready insights when and where they matter most.

Ondas Sentinel is Ondas’ U.S.based defense division, purpose-built to deliver U.S.made, U.S.delivered capabilities for the Department of Defense and allied ministries of defense. The division brings together advanced autonomous systems, mission technologies, and intelligence solutions that help customers create persistent awareness, operate with confidence, and make faster decisions in complex and contested environments.

Company at a glance

As part of Ondas (NASDAQ: ONDS), we are building the future of intelligence as a connected, AI-enabled ecosystem where stratospheric platforms, autonomous systems, and mission software work in concert.

We are moving beyond the walled gardens of traditional ISR, toward a model that transforms data into decision-ready insight with speed, precision, and context.

By uniting persistence, autonomy, and AI across domains, we help customers navigate complexity with greater clarity and confidence.

This is more than ISR infrastructure. It is a new operational foundation for understanding, anticipating, and acting in a dynamic world.

Since 2012, World View has led the way in remote sensing and Earth observation from stratospheric high-altitude platforms (HAPs), with demonstrated accomplishments for a variety of scientific, commercial and government organizations. Our proprietary stratospheric balloon flight technology delivers better insights with far lower costs and lead times than satellites and other traditional aerial sources.

World View’s remotely-navigated Stratollite® flies five times closer to Earth than a satellite, capturing high-resolution imagery with much greater detail. And since it can persist over an area for weeks at a time, it provides a clearer picture of changes on the ground than a satellite that only flies over the area at the same time every day.

Our high-resolution electro-optical, infrared, radar, hyperspectral, radio relay, and other remote sensing capabilities can deliver a wealth of insights across a range of applications. From helping agricultural yields to less-invasive energy and mineral exploration to tracking wildfires, storm systems and greenhouse gases.
