Production Supervisor – Press Room Operations
Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily oversight of press room operations, ensuring efficient production, quality standards, and a safe working environment. This role works closely with the General Manager and leads press room personnel to maintain productivity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day press room operations
- Lead, support, and manage press room operators
- Train employees to become self-sufficient and highly proficient in their roles
- Troubleshoot and resolve press, tooling, and production issues
- Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records of jobs run, production output, and performance
- Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding production status and issues
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of manufacturing experience (press room or similar environment preferred)
- 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training is a plus)

Work Environment
- Manufacturing/industrial setting with exposure to machinery and production equipment
- Requires adherence to safety standards and use of appropriate PPE
