Press Operator (1st & 2nd Shift Openings) – Now Hiring!
We are currently seeking 2 Press Operators for a local manufacturing company—one for 1st shift and one for 2nd shift.
This position requires a strong mechanical background. Ideal candidates are hands-on individuals who have experience working on cars, engines, machinery, or similar equipment and are comfortable troubleshooting and making adjustments.
Job Duties
Set up and operate press machines
Monitor production and adjust machines as needed
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
Strong mechanical aptitude REQUIRED (automotive, small engines, or similar experience preferred)
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
Reliable and able to work assigned shift
Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
