Position: Crew Leader/Driver/Installer/Handyman

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Crew Leader/Driver to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced mover who’s ready to take the next step. The Crew Leader is responsible for driving a box truck to job sites, managing the moving crew, ensuring efficient and safe loading/unloading, and serving as the on-site point of contact for customers.

Hours: 7:30am-5:00pm with occasional night and weekend work

Pay:

• Rate: $18-$25 depending on experience (D.O.E.) To be discussed

• Pay cycle: every 2 weeks

• Direct deposit and physical checks are available

Job Description:

• Drive a 15-30 foot box truck/van to and from job sites (local and regional moves)

• Lead a crew of movers on commercial relocation jobs

• Oversee packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of furniture and equipment

• Ensure safety, efficiency, and care throughout the moving process

• Maintain communication with the office and clients during jobs

• Complete job paperwork accurately and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience and clean driving record (CDL not required)

• Prior experience in commercial or residential moving (2+ years preferred)

• Ability to lead and motivate a team under time constraints

• Strong physical stamina - must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

• Professional, punctual, and customer focused

• DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be able to walk and stand on feet for full shift

• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude

• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-[aced environment

• Must pass background screening (at hiring and routine)

• Must pass drug testing (at hiring, random, accidents, or cause)

• Eligibility to work in the United States required per the Immigration Reform & Control Act
