Sales Development Representative Manager
About this role
About the company:
Wholesale distribution is a $10T+ industry — and most of it still runs on fax, spreadsheets, and legacy ERPs. We're here to change that.
WizCommerce is the AI Operating System for B2B Trade. We build AI-native commerce solutions that sit on top of the ERPs distributors already use — no rip and replace, no 12-month implementations. Just real transformation, fast.
Our platform combines an AI-native CRM, B2B website builder, embedded finance, and AI co-workers (order entry, quoting, content) into one unified system built for how wholesale actually works.
The results speak for themselves:
• 180% Net Revenue Retention
• 4X YoY ARR growth
• 400% growth in customers with >$50K ACV
• 95% implementation success rate (vs. an industry average of 30%)
We serve 150+ customers across North America — from Jaipur Living to Loloi — and we're a fast-growing team backed by Peak XV Partners, Blume Ventures, Alpha Wave Global, and others.
If you want to build category-defining software in a massive, underserved industry — with a team that has genuinely lived the problem — WizCommerce is the place to be.
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager (SDR Manager) who will own our outbound pipeline generation engine for the North American market. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll not only lead and mentor a team of SDRs, but also roll up your sleeves to prospect, cold call, and demonstrate what great looks like.
You’ll build scalable outbound processes, coach SDRs to hit and exceed targets, and collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure a high-quality flow of qualified opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and scale a team of high-performing outbound SDRs targeting the North American market
Own team quotas for meetings booked and pipeline generated
Define and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and playbooks for targeted verticals
Act as a player-coach — lead by example through active prospecting, cold calling, and objection handling
Establish a data-driven performance culture with daily activity metrics, dashboards, and conversion tracking
Partner with Marketing and AE teams to optimize lead handoff, feedback loops, and campaign alignment
Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, talk tracks, and CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
Qualifications and Skills:
3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 1+ year managing or mentoring SDRs
Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for the North American market
Hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, cold-calling-heavy environment
Strong understanding of outbound metrics, sequences, and modern sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Role location: Bengaluru

WizCommerce is the AI Commerce Platform for Modernizing Wholesale Sales & Operations.
Wholesale selling is multi-motion by default — reps, online portals, EDI, marketplaces — all running at the same time. Buyers expect consumer-grade experiences. But most wholesale businesses are still forced to work around rigid, legacy systems.
We build software that absorbs that complexity instead of pushing it back onto teams.
WizCommerce is a multi-product platform built around real wholesale workflows:
- WizOrder — the AI-first order-taking app sales reps actually love
- WizShop — B2B ecommerce built wholesale-native
- WizStudio — studio-quality catalog imagery without photoshoots
- WizPay — payments embedded directly into wholesale workflows
On top of this foundation, AI Co-Workers automate repetitive jobs like order entry, quoting, follow-ups, and data cleanup — so teams can scale without adding headcount.
150+ wholesale businesses across North America run on WizCommerce.
Wholesale workflows are complex. We build software that absorbs that complexity.
