Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Employee Engagement & Culture Lead to drive strategic people, culture, and engagement initiatives that align with organizational goals and priorities. This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening employee experience, fostering a vibrant workplace culture, and executing flagship programs that promote learning, well-being, collaboration, and community building across the organization.
Working closely with the Chief of Staff Office and senior leadership, the incumbent will translate organizational vision into impactful employee-centric initiatives, creating an environment that inspires innovation, connection, and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute employee engagement strategies that enhance workplace satisfaction, collaboration, and retention.
- Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
- Drive company-wide engagement programs, campaigns, and events that promote inclusion, belonging, and recognition.
- Measure engagement effectiveness through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.
Program Management
- Lead and manage flagship organizational programs such as:
- LeaderForge: Leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
- Wissen Talks: Knowledge-sharing and thought leadership sessions.
- Wissen Wellness Sessions: Employee well-being and wellness programs.
- LeaderForge: Leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
- Ensure effective planning, execution, stakeholder management, and continuous enhancement of these programs.
Community Building & Employee Networks
- Lead employee clubs, communities, and special interest groups to foster collaboration and engagement beyond work.
- Organize cultural celebrations, social events, volunteer initiatives, and networking opportunities.
- Create opportunities for employees to connect, share ideas, and build meaningful workplace relationships.
Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with leadership teams to understand organizational priorities and translate them into actionable engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful execution of people programs.
- Act as a culture ambassador by championing company values and driving employee participation.
Communication & Change Enablement
- Develop engaging communication strategies to promote programs, initiatives, and organizational updates.
- Support change management efforts through employee-focused communication and engagement activities.
- Ensure consistent messaging that reinforces the company’s vision, values, and culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in employee engagement, culture building, employer branding, HR programs, internal communications, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing organization-wide engagement initiatives and events.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
