MACHINIST JOB AD

Tired of working for a company where you’re just another number? Do you want to be part of a team that values your skills, encourages your growth, and gives you the tools to succeed?

If you’re ready for a change, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Mission?

As a Machinist, you’ll play a critical role in running, monitoring, and troubleshooting cutting-edge machinery to create cabinets with precision and accuracy. You’ll be the one ensuring the machines run smoothly, producing parts that meet the highest standards, and making sure our operations run like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing (and crushing it daily):

  • Operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications—your hands-on expertise will ensure the machines are dialed in perfectly.
  • Reading blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements, ensuring every part is produced to the highest standards.
  • Adjusting machine settings to optimize performance and meet production goals, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the board.
  • Inspecting parts to verify they meet quality standards and making adjustments as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years operating CNC machines or working as a machinist in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and a range of machine tools.
  • You work well in a collaborative environment, but you also have the independence to take ownership of your work.
  • A mindset focused on safety, efficiency, and ensuring the highest-quality results.
