Customer Relations Specialist

Dallas, Texas · On-site

About this role

Burned Out on Basic Customer Service? We’re Building Real Relationships.
You’re more than a headset and a script, you’re the calm in the chaos, the fixer, the one who actually knows what’s going on. You don’t just answer questions, you anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep the wheels turning.
At Wisenbaker, we do customer service differently. Our CSRs are account experts, not just order takers. You’ll work side-by-side with builders, internal departments, and teammates to ensure everything runs smooth, from the first selection to the final schedule.
If you're ready to own your accounts and build lasting partnerships, we’re ready to back you with the tools, the training, and the team.

Your Mission

You’re not just a Customer Service Rep — you’re a key partner for our clients. You’ll be their go-to contact, ensuring every order is accurate, every question is answered, and every deadline is hit. You’ll manage product timelines, chase down missing POs, handle issues with grace, and be a trusted voice inside and out.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the internal and external point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Review account process sheets and stay updated on implementation changes
  • Verify all final selections, change orders, and scheduling communications
  • Ensure products are ordered and timelines are met
  • Respond to status inquiries and customer follow-ups
  • Track and collect Purchase Orders — manage Need PO lists
  • Build long-term customer relationships with a professional, solutions-first mindset
  • Attend builder meetings when available
  • Handle general admin tasks like email, document prep, calls, and filing
  • Stay sharp with product knowledge and cross-train in the Order Processing Specialist role
  • Learn to navigate builder software platforms and enter orders efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required — college degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in construction or homebuilding)
  • Strong communication skills — phone, email, in person
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and great under pressure
  • A natural problem solver who works well solo or in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with databases
  • Positive attitude with a “let’s figure it out” energy

About the Company

At Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up. As one of the largest interior finish solutions providers in the country, we partner with top homebuilders to deliver flooring, countertops, and cabinets that turn houses into homes. But we’re more than materials, we’re a people-powered operation where hard work is noticed, growth is real, and leadership leads. If you're ready to be part of something built to last, welcome to Wisenbaker
