Software Engineer, Frontend
About this role
We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer with 2-6 years of experience to join WisdomAI's engineering team and help reimagine the AI-first UX for data analytics. You'll be part of a talent-dense team of ~35 engineers (growing to 45-50 by year-end) building a modern analytics platform that has achieved extreme product-market fit with Fortune 100 customers. This role is 60-100% frontend, working at the exciting intersection of data visualization, complex BI interfaces, and generative AI. You'll join a high-agency, fast-moving culture where engineers work closely with customers, own problems end-to-end, and ship rapidly with full access to AI development tools.
What will you be doing?
Building engaging, modern UI for chat-based analytics and complex data visualizations (charts, dashboards, layouts) with a focus on performance and craft
Defining and building novel UX paradigms for analytical and agentic workflows in an AI-native product
Collaborating in cross-functional feature teams (frontend, backend, intelligence engineers) to deliver end-to-end product experiences
Shaping engineering culture, tech stack decisions, and mentoring as the frontend team grows from 8 to ~10+ engineers
