About this role
- Positive attitude and leadership mindset
- At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification
- Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance
- Available to support business needs
- Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
- Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
- Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
- Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
- Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
- Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
- Communicating restaurant needs and maintenance concerns management.
- Help train and develop new team members.
- Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.
- You lead with integrity and respect.
- You communicate clearly and confidently.
- You remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy coaching and developing others.
