We are currently seeking an experienced SolidWorks Draftsperson to join our team in Arlington, Washington. This is a full-time opportunity to work on unique, custom-engineered products in a growing manufacturing company that values quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Fabtek maintains an early work schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, allowing employees to enjoy open afternoons and avoid peak commuting hours. We are conveniently located near the Arlington Airport.

QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of SolidWorks drafting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime when required
Basic math skills and proficiency using a tape measure

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Frequent sitting and extended computer use
Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials
Work performed primarily in an office environment with regular interaction with production personnel

Responsibilities

Produce detailed, accurate SolidWorks drawings and documentation in a timely manner
Maintain high standards of quality and drafting accuracy
Communicate effectively with engineering, production, purchasing, and management teams
Support a collaborative and positive workplace culture
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Accurately track labor hours, project progress, and material records
Assist with other drafting and production-related tasks as assigned
