👥 HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring reports.
- Support the implementation of the performance management cycle.
- Coordinate performance reviews and follow up with managers and employees.
- Support managers in setting objectives and providing effective feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate HR actions.
- Identify training and development needs in coordination with managers.
- Support the implementation of training programs and development initiatives.
- Follow up on employee development plans and training effectiveness.
- Contribute to career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Coordinate with the payroll and personnel teams to ensure accurate employee data.
- Review attendance, leaves, and employee-related payroll inputs.
- Ensure proper employee documentation and compliance with applicable labor requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
- Track key HR metrics including:
- Headcount
- Turnover
- Absenteeism
- Recruitment metrics
- Employee engagement
- Retention
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Review HR processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Support the development and updating of HR policies when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven HR Generalist experience.
- Mandatory experience within the Technology Industry.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
