About this role
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and logistics providers.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding stock movement.
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability.
- Support inventory reconciliation and stock reporting.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and logistics records.
- Ensure logistics documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support customs clearance activities when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding shipment status.
- Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
- Prepare shipment tracking and logistics reports.
- Monitor logistics costs and report delays or operational issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of logistics and shipment coordination.
- Experience in inventory and warehouse coordination.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
