About the Role
We are is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Site Engineer on behave of one of our top clients to join thier construction & Finishing Team team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage all finishing activities on-site, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, ceilings, joinery, marble, façade, and fit-out works.
- Ensure all finishing works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists, ensuring timely closure of outstanding items.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager.
. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finishing Site Engineer.
- Hands-on experience in all finishing work aspects is a must.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, shop drawings, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and work efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Head Office: Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City
- Work Location: Construction Sites
- Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
