What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source candidates through various channels and build strong pipelines
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: Experience in IT or technical recruitment is a strong advantage
