The Role
Willmeng is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening through offer coordination, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every candidate. You will work closely with hiring managers, the People Operations team, and cross-functional leaders across the organization to build a strong and diverse pipeline of talent that supports Willmeng's continued growth.
What you will accomplish
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, career fairs, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS).
- Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and employee information.
What we would like you to have
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the construction, engineering, or professional services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A candidate-first mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
