BIM Engineers/Modellers

Job Summary:

WiiGroup is seeking to hire BIM Engineers / BIM Modellers to join our growing Cairo team, supporting major projects across the Middle East and internationally.

The BIM Engineers / BIM Modellers will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality BIM models and project documentation across Architecture, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure disciplines. Working closely with BIM Specialists, BIM Leads, BIM Managers, and multidisciplinary project teams, the successful candidates will support project delivery through accurate modelling, drawing production, information management, and coordination activities while ensuring compliance with project BIM standards and client requirements.

This role is ideal for motivated BIM professionals with strong technical modelling skills and a passion for digital construction, BIM technology, and collaborative project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Modelling & Project Delivery

• Develop accurate BIM models in accordance with project requirements, BIM standards, and client specifications.

• Produce discipline-specific models, drawings, schedules, details, and project documentation.

• Support project teams in the delivery of BIM outputs across all project phases.

• Ensure BIM deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed project deadlines.

• Maintain model quality, consistency, and adherence to project standards.

• Support BIM Leads and project teams in delivering coordinated project information.

2. Model Coordination & Information Management

• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination activities and model review sessions.

• Assist in identifying and resolving clashes and coordination issues within BIM models.

• Update and maintain project models based on design changes and project requirements.

• Support BIM submissions, information exchanges, and documentation processes.

• Work within Common Data Environments (CDEs) including Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Aconex, or similar platforms.

• Ensure project information and BIM data are managed in accordance with established project procedures.

3. BIM Quality Assurance & Standards

• Follow company BIM standards, modelling protocols, and project requirements.

• Perform model checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Support BIM quality assurance processes and model audits.

• Maintain compliance with naming conventions, shared parameters, project templates, and content libraries.

• Assist with the preparation of BIM deliverables throughout design, construction documentation, and as-built stages.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes, standards, and digital delivery methods.

4. Collaboration & Technical Support

• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, BIM Specialists, BIM Leads, and project stakeholders.

• Attend BIM coordination meetings, workshops, and project review sessions.

• Support the implementation of BIM workflows and digital delivery initiatives.

• Assist in preparing model review reports and project-related BIM documentation.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM families, templates, and standards.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of BIM experience within Architecture, Structural, MEP, or Infrastructure disciplines.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM-based project delivery workflows.

• Experience producing BIM models, drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.

• Familiarity with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or similar BIM platforms.

• Understanding of BIM standards, modelling best practices, and project delivery requirements.

• Experience working on commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or infrastructure projects is desirable.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality project deliverables.

• Good communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Priority Candidate Profile

• Architectural, Structural, or MEP BIM Engineers/Modellers with strong Revit skills.

• Candidates with experience supporting GCC and international projects from Egypt-based delivery centres.

• Professionals with experience working in BIM environments and Common Data Environments (CDEs).

• Individuals with experience producing BIM models and construction documentation to international standards.

• Candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

• Professionals who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced project environments and have a passion for digital construction technologies.
