How will I help?
We have multiple opportunities for Team Members to join our Consumer Lending Verification team, based at Kogarah. In your new role you will provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience whilst fulfilling their requests. Your responsibilities will primarily include taking inbound calls from customers, completing customer requests, and working with stakeholders across the group to achieve seamless outcomes for our customers.
This position will be based at our Kogarah office, with set shift times, and requires you to be available to work an eight-hour shift between 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday. You will be office-based during the initial training period, with the opportunity to then transition to a hybrid arrangement.

What do I need?
- Ideally previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, banking, financial services or high-volume operational environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver a professional, helpful and efficient experience on every interaction.
- Comfortable working in an inbound call environment and managing a variety of customer enquiries.
- Ability to work through customer requests accurately, efficiently and in line with business processes.
- Understanding of privacy, risk and compliance obligations, or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and banking products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership to achieve the right customer outcome.
- Resilience, adaptability and a positive attitude when working in a fast-paced team environment.
