As a Senior Credit Analyst within our Property Finance Portfolio Management team, you'll work with large private property companies and unlisted property fund managers, helping to assess, structure and support a diverse range of property finance transactions.

This full-time hybrid position is based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country. You'll partner with Relationship Managers, Credit Managers and product experts to initiate and structure a range of property finance transactions. You’ll assess risk profiles, undertake financial analysis—including development feasibilities and property cash-flow modelling—and prepare credit submissions to support upcoming transactions ranging from $10m to $200m. You’ll also mentor team members, support on-the-job training and help manage the workflow of Credit Analyst tasks.

What do I need?

• Previous experience in corporate banking, accounting, valuation or property, with a strong track record of preparing and managing credit submissions for property finance transactions
• A relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance or property
• Advanced skills in property cash-flow modelling and/or development feasibility analysis
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive attitude and genuine commitment to teamwork, with a focus on mentoring others, developing team capability and helping coordinate workflow within a respectful and high-performing environment.
• Confidence, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
