What’s the role?

Looking for an opportunity where you can shape risk maturity and resilience outcomes across a large, complex organisation? As Manager, COO BCM & Risk Maturity, you'll provide expert governance, control management and advisory support to the Business & Wealth Division COO team.

You'll help strengthen risk frameworks, support resilience initiatives and provide insights that enable informed decision making. Working with a broad range of stakeholders, you'll contribute to enhancing risk culture, uplifting maturity across key risk practices and ensuring regulatory obligations are effectively managed.

This full-time role is based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, with hybrid working options. 

What do I need?

  • Experience in operational risk, non-financial risk, governance or control management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical solutions
  • Experience preparing executive level reporting and presentations
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Passion for continuous improvement and strengthening risk maturity across an organisation
