What’s the role?
As Executive Manager - Hospitality, you’ll bring our workplace experience vision to life by creating moments that inspire connection, community, joy and value. This is more than hospitality — it’s about creating an environment people choose to be part of and want to come back to.
Reporting to the Head of Workplace, you’ll lead the design of a hospitality led experience model centred around people. Through workplace activations, events, valued customer interactions and care, you'll create valuable moments for our people, customers and visitors that create a genuine sense of connection and community.
- Create and execute the hospitality experience strategy to enhance culture, drive community engagement that people value.
- Leverage data, insights and stakeholder partnerships to continuously evolve, be creative and drive innovation.
- Deliver a hospitality-led workplace experience, creating an environment where employees and visitors feel welcomed, supported and inspired to be their best.
What do I need?
You'll be a dynamic workplace, hospitality or experience leader who believes customer service is fundamental to the future of workplace. That hospitality will be increasingly important in supporting culture, connection and performance.
Combining commercial acumen with a hospitality mindset, you'll bring experience leading transformational services, proven ability to create valued employee experiences, and using data and insights to drive continuous improvement. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about creating experiences where people feel welcomed and inspired to be their best.
- Proven experience developing and delivering workplace, hospitality or employee experience strategies that strengthen culture, engagement & collaboration.
- Strong leadership capability, with a track record of building high-performing teams and service partnerships that deliver exceptional business outcomes & experiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex operations, including hospitality, events, food and beverage services, budgets, governance and compliance.
- A strategic and data-driven approach, with the ability to translate insights, feedback and performance metrics into meaningful improvements and drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, coupled with a passion for creating innovative experiences that encourage people to connect, build community and thrive.
