Reactor Services Platform Lead

At Westinghouse Field Services, we are looking for a Reactor Services Platform Lead to lead resource planning, operational execution, and strategic growth in the nuclear sector.

You will help ensure successful service delivery across nuclear power plants, optimizing resources, leading teams, and aligning operational performance with our goals.

You will report to the Westinghouse Field Services Spain Director and be located at Madrid.

Hybrid work schedule.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop resource planning strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead workforce needs, considering factors such as rotation, skill gaps, and long-term demand.
• Provide direction on recruitment strategy based on required technical profiles and project needs.
• Allocate resources to meet client and project requirements.
• Oversee holiday planning to ensure no disruption to operations or client commitments.
• Manage and resolve conflicts related to resource constraints.
• Ensure completion of required training programs across the assigned team.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards and group requirements.
• Ensure approval of timesheets and compliance with regulated working hours.
• Lead supervisors and technical teams within the platform.
• Develop relationships with academic and industry stakeholders, representing Westinghouse in events and plans.
• Co-lead the external engagement strategy alongside other Platform Leads.
• Improve resource utilization.

Requirements

• Experience in the nuclear sector.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a Technical background.
• Experience in Reactor Services activities.
• Experience in resource planning and operational management.
• Experience managing technical teams and supervisors.
• Fluent in English language.
• Fluent in French language desirable.#LI-Hybrid
