Who will you be working with?
You will be working with our site Finance team and other department team, Intercompany finance team
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Finance team, to aline with management level upgrading, you will focus on：
- Assist in optimizing ERP system functions and practical business application, ensure financial compliance and standardized inventory circulation processes
- New products transfer project supporting
- New capital investment project supporting
- Government subsidy programs
- The VAT return for free tax export sales (unprocessed goods)
- Other supporting on finance daily work
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Intermediate accounting title
- More than 5 years of experience in cost management in foreign-funded manufacturing industry, familiar with production processes and cost accounting logic.
- Familiar with enterprise accounting standards and tax regulations, proficient in the entire cost accounting process, and capable of analysing cost variance.
- Proficient in using ERP and Office, experience in tax exemption and refund declaration is preferred.
- Good cross-department communication skills and teamwork skills.
- Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, possessing good professional ethics, strong ability to withstand pressure, and able to adapt to the pace of manufacturing work.
- Have practical experience in project financial support, capital investment review or government subsidy application is preferred.
- Able to use English as the daily working language.
What will your typical day look like?
- Responsible for costing calculation, standard cost updating and sales price providing
- Labor hourly rate & Material Overhead Factor Calculation yearly
- Conduct in-depth analysis of production cost variance and various operating expenses, summarize variance reasons, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Stock excess and Obsolete reserve and management
- Support full physical count of year end, variance analysis, and improving suggestion.
- Provide full financial support for new product transfer projects, including cost tracking and project financial coordination
- Assist with internal audit & external audit
- Assist with the VAT calculation for free tax of export sales.
- Account payable (PO) invoice booking, variance price checking and month end reconciliation
- Assist with new Capital investment project, good comply with internal policy, good support on the economic justification calculation (ROI, NPV)
- Coordinate and manage government subsidy programs
- Undertake and support other daily financial routine work as assigned
