Exciting things are happening at FMA Animal Hospital! We're preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital this year, creating an incredible opportunity for team members to grow their careers in a modern, innovative environment built with both patients and employees in mind. We are seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Compensation: $17-$20 per hour, for each hour worked
- This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays. Saturday shifts are 7:45am-5pm.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
- Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods
- Proactive in finding tasks to complete during slower times
