About this role
We are hiring immediately for a full-time Warehouse Associate performing inventory quality control duties. This position ensures inventory accuracy and quality of materials received. We are Wesco. We enable the connected world – you help turn on the lights.
Shift: Monday through Friday; XX:XX a.m. - YY:YY p.m.

A Day in The Life of an Operations Associate
As an Operations Associate in Inventory Control, your focus will be on inventory analysis and the execution of strategies and processes to ensure the inventory accuracy and service levels are achieved. *This position may be part of a union
- Execute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Audit high profile customer orders for accuracy and special requirements
- Provide support to the management team and other departments as requested
- Investigate and assist in resolving order/inventory discrepancies
- Work closely with warehouse associates to achieve quality goals

Education & Experience
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- 2 years + in Operations Inventory/Quality Control environment required
- Experience working with a warehouse management system
Skills & Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of other applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to follow established processes
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
