Vad du kommer göra
PC- och applikationssupport i produktionsmiljö
Incidenthantering och problemlösning för infrastruktur & applikationer
Change management och integrationsarbete
Förbättringsarbete inom process, dokumentation och övervakning
Dialog med produktionstekniker och systemleverantörer
Vi söker dig som har
5+ års erfarenhet av IT-infrastruktur och applikationer i produktionsmiljö
Erfarenhet av PC-felsökning och IT-systemintegration
Vana av kontakter på olika nivåer i organisationen
Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
Meriterande
